After being tracked down, Topper Harley (Charlie Sheen), where he has been living with American Indians since he an incident where he failed at a mission and no longer could serve his country, is asked to come back to work for his country. Topper has so much to contend with as he attempts his comeback to the Navy. He has fallen in love but must fight for the affections of his lady friend with another Top Gun who he can't get along with. He is having to cope with the ghost of his father dogging his every move. He also doesn't know it, but an aerospace engineering company is attempting to make his mission fail so they Navy will build a different type jet. With all these things against him, Topper is sure to crack. Luckily, in this spoof, a cracked personality fits perfectly. |
