|
"The Island Of Dr. Moreau" is set in the year 2010 on an island that is privately owned by the reclusive Doctor Moreau (Marlon Brando). It is here that Doctor Moreau can carry out his genetic research in secret without the hampering of outside authorities. Doctor Moreau has successfully combined human and animal DNA into one strand thus creating a crossbreed of animal. When Edward Douglas (David Thewlis) is rescued from the ocean in the middle of the night and brought to the island, he realizes something is not right as Doctor Moreau’s creatures want more and begin to take over. |
