Red Dragon is an installment of the "Hannibal" series of movies. In this film, Will Graham is called out of retirement to help capture a serial killer, Francis Dolarhyde, who is pejoratively called the Tooth Fairy. Dolarhyde has killed several family members with which he had prior voyeuristic stalking. He used home movies processed at the video recording company of his employment. Initially consulting Hannibal Lecter to get some help with the case, Graham soon discovers that he and his family through Lecter's manipulation, are next to be murdered. It's a race against time to save Dolarhyde's blind girlfriend, Reba, and then to rush back home to stop the killer. |
