In the last days of the Vietnam conflict, Pvt. Luc Devreaux (Jean-Claude Van Damme) tries to stop his fellow officer Sgt. Andrew Scott (Dolph Lundgren) from going on a homicidal rampage, resulting in both their deaths. However, the United States were not done with them, placing their bodies on ice. The government used their bodies as part of a secret organization bringing them back to life as Universal Soldiers. Universal Soldiers are used to fight terrorists but have no memory of their past lives. However, things change when both Devreaux and Scott begin to experience past memories. With their memories back these two soldiers will set up to end this conflict once and for all. |
