In an unlikely turn of the screw, bounty hunter Milo Boyd (Gerard Butler) has been hired for a bondsman named Sid (Jeff Garlin) to pick up a woman who has an outstanding arrest warrant. The twist is that Nicole Hurley (Jennifer Aniston) used to be Milo’s wife whom he has divorced in a bitter contest. Being a muckraker journalist working on a hot tip about the mob, she is feisty and hardly willing to be arrested, especially by a man she loathes. However, when Nicole runs afoul of the gangsters, Milo has to protect his quarry and return her safely to Atlantic City. In the meantime, they have an opportunity to reconcile while in hiding. |
