The bawdy, pop-culturally aware animated series Family Guy began it’s sixth season with this double length send up of the original Star Wars movie, “A New Hope”. The basic plot follows the well worn, universally known path of the Lucas classic, albeit with numerous digressions, with the major roles played by the Family Guy characters. For all the characters voiced by creator co-creator Seth McFarlane; Peter is Han Solo, Brian is Chewbacca, Quagmire is C3PO and Stewie is Darth Vader. The non-Green characters are; Chris as Luke (Seth Green), Herbert is Obi-Wan (Mike Henry) and Lois is Princess Leia (Alex Borstein). |
