French language film that is set in a surreal and bizarre future time. In this world, children have been abducted by a rogue and thoroughly mad scientist named Krank (Daniel Emilfork). Krank's suffers from advanced aging and he develops a plan to steal their dreams of the children and thus reverse the aging process. When Krank's gang of one-eyed Cyclops kidnap Denree (Joseph Lucien), the little brother of the former whale hunter One (Ron Perlman), One sets out to find Krank's lair and rescue Denree. To this end, One is aided by an orphan girl, Miette (Judith Vittet) and a few others. Together, they reach the City of the Lost Children and attempt to put an end to the evil reign of Krank and his Cyclops army.
