It turns out to be a mermaid, who has sex with Carl, Frylock, and Meatwad, who all explode as a result of being impregnated by the mermaid. Master Shake, meanwhile, does not explode, despite describing his supposed sexual encounter with the mermaid to no one, as they have exploded.
