Set in a small Maine town, The Dead Zone follows school teach Johnny Smith (Christopher Walken) on an incredible journey. Johnny is in love with Sarah (Brooke Adams) and everything seems right until one night after a carnival Johnny is in a car accident which leaves him in a coma. Miraculously Johnny wakes up to learn it is five years later and things have changed, not only with his family and friends but also with himself. With a touch Johnny can see things, past events and terrible tragedies of the future. Johnny's newfound abilities will lead on to many horrible discoveries and many tough choices as he has to decide what to do about his visions. |
