Europa Europa is set in World War II and tells the story of a young boy who is forced to hide his true identity to survive. Salomon Perel (Marco Hofschneider) is a Jewish boy caught by the Germans as they invade his home village. Salamon is able to convince them that he is an ethnic German, and they adopt him into their unit. He changes his name and does his best to hide his ethnicity. It's not long before Salomon becomes a hero and is taken back to Germany. He is inducted into the Hitler Youth, and is forced to hide his true identity even further. The plot continues to thicken as others start to question his identity. |
