Ingredients:
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz or 9-inch)

Method:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs; mix until blended.
Pour into crust. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until cneter is almost set. Refrigerate
3 hours or overnight.
Variations:
Lemon: Stir 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice and 1/2 tsp lemon zest into batter.
Chocolate Chip: Stir 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chipos into batter. Sprikle with
additional 1/4 cup chips before baking.
Pumpkin: Mix 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and dash each of ground cloves and
nutmeg in with cream cheese.
Candy Bar: Sprinkle with 1 cup (3 to 4 bars)chopped candy bars, any flavor, before baking.
