Ingredients:
1 pkg hot pork sausage,
cooked, crumbled, drained
6 whole eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup jalapeņos, 1/4" diced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
4 slices bread

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°.
1) Mix eggs and cream in bowl with salt and pepper.
2) In a separate bowl, place the sausage, jalapeņos, cheese, garlic and cumin.
3) Place a third of egg mixture in the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
4) Place a slice of bread into the dish. Place 1/3 of sausage mixture on the slice of bread.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until last slice of bread is on top.
Add the remaining 1/3 sausage mixture evenly across the top of bread.
Bake for 15 minutes.
