Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 chicken, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 garlice clove, minced
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/8 tsp powdered saffron
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup uncooked rice

Method:
Brown chicken in oil. Add onion and garlic and cook 3 minutes. Add tomato sauce, saffron dissolved
in broth, salt, pepper. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Add rice. Cook slow for 30 minutes.
