HAPPY NEW YEAR!

 Baked Corn on the Cob: 
Ingredients:

up to 6 ears corn with husks
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 up melted oleo
2 tbsp chopped chives
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
Method:

Pull husks back, leaving intact. Clean off all silk. Wash and dry ears. Mix other ingredients well. Coat each husk liberally with mixture. Fold husks back into place. Pour 1/8 inch water in baking pan. Place husks in pan. Bake at 325°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
