Ingredients:
1 egg white
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup boiling water

Method:
Place egg white, sugar, tartar, vanilla in small, deep bowl; mix well.
Add voiling water. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. (4 - 5 minutes)
Spread on cooled cake.
