HAPPY NEW YEAR!

 Egg Nog: 
Ingredients:

1 dozen eggs
2 1/4 cups sugar or Splenda
1 pint rum
1 quart brandy
1 quart half & half
1/2 gallon milk
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar
Method:

Separate eggs. Add Splenda to yolks and thoroughly mix. Slowly add rum and brandy so yolks don't coagulate. Add milk and half & half.

Whip egg whites until stiff. Fold 1/2 egg whites into the nog. Add whipping cream and powdered sugar to remaining egg whites and whip until airy. Float egg white mixture on top of nog.

Age 24 hours in refrigerator.

Serve in small cups . . . Powerful stuff!
