Ingredients:
1/2 cube oleo
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp flour
1 jar chopped mushrooms
1 or 2 cans tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Brown onion and bell pepper in oleo. Add flour,l mushrooms and tomato sauce.
Stir in spices. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
