HAPPY NEW YEAR!

 Oven Fried Fish: 
Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs fish fillets
1 to 1 1/2 cups toasted bread crumbs
1/2 tsp each Italian seasoning, oregano, dill and/or basil
3 tbsp corn oil
Method:

Cut fillets crosswise into 2-inch strips. Rinse in cold water and pat completely dry. Mix bread crumbs and spices. Brush fillets with oil and roll in bread crumbs.

Spray 13x9x2 baking pan. Put in fish, not touching. Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes.
