Ingredients:
1/4 cup oleo
6 chicken breast halves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash pepper
1/2 cup flour
1/6 cup grated parmesan
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1/3 cup buttermilk
or milk w/ 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Method:
Line baking pan with foil. Melt oleo at 425° for 5 minutes in casserole. Sprinkle chicken with half of salt,
garlic and pepper. Turn chicken
and sprinkle with same spices. Combine flour, parmesan, paprika, oregano; Put in pan or pie plate. Pour buttermilk
in other pan or pie
plate. Dip chicken in buttermilk, roll in flour mix then place in melted oleo. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken over and bake another 20 minutes.
