Ingredients:
3/4 cup pisco
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup sugar (or Splenda)
5 - 6 drops aromatic bitters
1 egg white
ice
ground cinnamon

Method:
Blend pisco, sugar, lime juice, bitters and ice to fill 3/4 blender jar on high.
Add egg white and blend until frothy.
Pour into drinking glasses and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Serve with small, plastic straw(s).
