HAPPY NEW YEAR!

 Salmon Steak with Mustard Sauce: 
Ingredients:

4 sm. salmon steaks, 3/4" thick
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp melted butter or oleo
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp dry dillweed
Method:

Combine sour cream, mustard, lemon jice, garlic and dillweed and mix well. Brush steaks with melted butter. Broil or bake salmon until lightly browned and tender. Do not overcook. Spoon sauce over steaks and serve.
