HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Sautéed Mushrooms:
Ingredients:
1/2 lb mushrooms
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp oleo
3 to 4 tbsp cream sherry wine
Method:
Sauté for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. During last 3 minutes, add sherry.
