Ingredients:
1/2 cup minced onion
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 tsp oleo
1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1 8-oz can sliced mushrooms with liquid
2 cans (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp parsley flakes

Method:
Sauté onion and garlic in oleo over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms
and cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat well then sprinkle
with parsley. Serve over noodles.
