Ingredients:
2 each Pillsbury pie crust
6 pippin apples
3/4 cup brown sugar, firm packed
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbs oleo
1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Method:
Cut pie crusts into 6" squares. Peel, core and quarter apples. Place each on square
of crust. Fill centers with mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon (and nuts). Sprinkle
with lemon juice and dot with oleo. Fold corners of crust on top of apples. Moisten
sides of crust and seal. Cut several gashes in sides of crust.
Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with hard sauce
and milk.
